AnnuityAI (“AnnuityAI”) connects consumers with financial professionals, including both licensed insurance agents and investment advisor representatives (collectively, the “Advisors”). Each Advisor operates under the regulatory requirements applicable to their profession.

AnnuityAI is owned by Skyline Digital Consulting, LLC (www.skylineconsulting.io), a marketing company specializing in the financial services industry.

A description of each Advisor’s services, fees, and other important disclosures can be obtained directly from the Advisor upon request. Additionally, information about AnnuityAI’s relationship with the Advisors—including details regarding compensation arrangements and potential conflicts of interest—can be found on our website at www.annuityai.io.

AnnuityAI’s Relationship with Advisors

AnnuityAI has agreements with both licensed insurance agents and investment advisor representatives under which Advisors pay a subscription fee to AnnuityAI for marketing services. In exchange, AnnuityAI creates digital advertisements designed to connect potential clients with Advisors.

Unlike traditional referral arrangements, AnnuityAI does not receive overrides, commissions, or direct payouts from the Advisors in its network. Instead, the subscription fee paid by Advisors supports AnnuityAI’s marketing efforts and the platform’s ongoing operations. Any overrides, commissions, or payouts related to the services offered by Advisors can be found on the AnnuityAI website at www.annuityai.io.

Additional Disclosures

The fees you pay an Advisor for their services are determined solely between you and the Advisor.

The amount you pay for financial or insurance services will not increase as a result of AnnuityAI’s marketing arrangement. While most Advisors in the AnnuityAI network are independent, some Advisors are affiliated with Tactive Advisors, LLC. These affiliated Advisors participate in AnnuityAI’s program under the same terms as other Advisors and do not receive preferential treatment in AnnuityAI’s matching algorithm. AnnuityAI is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an investment adviser.
